I had enough & a few weeks ago

I said I'm choosing a different fight...


You see, people are bringing the best version of themselves by offering:

mentorship opportunities, 1:1 sessions, and strategies for students to come out of this...


It's pretty awesome to see --- BUT then it gets quiet... Especially about:


1) The value that an entry-level talent program can bring to a company --- srsly - of all the posts on sharing advice for college students .........


...... how many posts/advice you see advocating for the value of an internship program or an entry-level hiring strategy for a company?


2) Teaching campus recruiters how to do their jobs. Look, campus recruiting isn't easy --- most recruiters tell me, they just throw something at a wall and see what sticks --- so if your processes aren't measured to justify an ROI, how do you expect leaders to perceive your line of work and the value YOU bring to the business?


..... Drum roll, please...
